Draper, I'm surprised at you. As you know I started out sweeping floors in an
apparel plant. They needed someone to come in and run a S/3 model 10 on the
weekends. From there I taught myself how to run the machine, code in RPG and
OCL. I did this about 28 years ago.
Like others I finally got some formal training along the way and but when I got
the training from IBM I really didn't learn anything new.
I'm a firm believer in finding people from within and nuturing them along.
