How big is your boat? The bigger the boat the bigger the ANCHOR! You would
be better off leasing a new 150 or 170, getting the OS and compilers you
need to make those machines work. As far as the 400/2131, would they like
to sell some of that memory..cheap? E-mail me directly on this.

Subject: Urgent advise needed aboubt choice of model 400 or 500,need a
bit of sensible advise!!!

Hi all,

I have a rare opportunity of purchasing from the company I work for a
Model 500-2141 128M ram, (no hardrives or ethernet card) CPW 30.7

the other choice is a Model 400- 2131 (no hardrives or ethernet card) CPW
20.6.

these are for home use --I can get harddrives from my old model 200cisc
system -so thats not a problem. My question is which one should I
choose????????????
Both will be the same price more or less
Should I bust a leg and buy both?
Whats a fair price to offer? (US market close is close to ours)please note
these have no OS400 ,but this is a rare opportunity to own a Risc system.I
really want these so I need a bit of sensible advise. I have to act ASAP on
this

kind reguards Dave
