hmm.  the os/400 on these machines will be expensive, since they're not
in the p5 tier.  i believe you'd be looking at somewhere about $20,000
to get os/400 and compilers, etc to have what you need to use it. 

you may be better to look for a small machine for sale, with os/400
included.  the little 150 and 170 is pretty cheap!
