as/400 to as/400 communications -- MIDRANGE-L

I just setup a 3rd AS/400 at our site and can't get passthru to work.  It works 
fine between the other two but I keep getting a "route to specified location 
not found" CPF8933.  When we setup our existing 2 AS/400 for passthru I do not 
remember doing anything special and the current used controller and device 
descriptions show that they were autocreated.  What do I need to do to get this 
third system setup with APPN so I can do a STRPASTHR command ?
