Infinium vs. SAP -- MIDRANGE-L

Our Parent Company would like all of their companies/countries to move
to SAP Financials.  We are currently an Infinium shop, running their
Financials as well as Process Mfg.  Has anyone gone through similar
situation?  Do not believe this to be negotiable at this point so if
anyone has gone through similar conversion I would be interested in how
project went.  TIA
