I've searched all 382 books - none of them have heard about QWPAPTFL. A wild guess: Some folder stuff? You can find more information in the 2'nd level msg. MCH0601 is often (if not an obvious application problem) a system problem solved in a PTF, or at least mentioned in an APAR.
