The ASCII Work Station Reference manual has an appendix called Keyboard
Mapping that will tell you all the commands, but here is a short sample:
F3 = Esc, 3 (two separate key presses, not both together)
F11 = Esc, -
F15 = Esc, #
Page up = Esc, d
Page down = Esc, u
Reset = Esc, r
Field + = Esc, p
Field - = Esc, m
