It ONLY affects jobs which have the INQMSGRPY attribute set to *SYSRPYL. Since this is a controllable attribute (via the *JOBD or CHGJOB command) you can control which jobs are affected and which are not. You can even turn it on and off around critical sections of code. It is also a little difficult to use RCVMSG to handle this situation because the CPA4076 message is sent synchrounously and your program has stopped and is waiting for the message to be answered before it gets control.
