Hello Dave, et al,

The authority is stored differently according to different object types.  The 
architected 
method for fetching the public authority is the MATAU instruction which is 
exposed via the 
QSYRUSRA API

DSPOBJD shows the information returned by the MATSOBJ instruction (and some 
other stuff).

It is interesting that the MATSOBJ instruction will return authorization list 
information but 
not public authority.
