Hi, David First I think your AS/400 is OK. I can not be sure why your terminal has no signon. Maybe the status of device description is Vary Off. If your AS/400 has started the TCP/IP protocol, you can log on from the other computer and you can check the problem. If you really want to power down the system. Below is the steps: 1. Set the control panel to 01 B M it means that must at the Manual mode 2. Press the white Enter key, it will appers 01 ? Blinking the cursor 3. Press the white Enter key again. Wait about five minutes, then power down. That's all. Wish it will be helpful to you.
