Yes.  Not a secret.

The DB2 UDB folks position on this is that LOB (Large Object Support)
will be defered until 4th quarter.  If your a big DB2 UDB fan like I am,
you can get all kinds of information about the parts.  There was a web
broadcast by IBM that included information about the 400 plans along
with other platforms.
