I must admit that I'm a little confused about this coming (V4R3 goint
towards V4R4) defrag question. Ballance - yes, but defrag? Place all
important information on one single overloaded disk arm? I have (since I
read my first s/38 manual even before IBM in Denmark had got one of those
new machines) I have learned: Maximum fragmentation at least of non-batch
files.
