The AS/400 only supports Anonymous FTP when you put a process on the FTP exit point to handle it. Check out the TCP/IP reference manual for some examples of how to do this. If I remember correctly there is a simple CL program example and a C example. Then, of course, there are vendors of software like us that have packaged solutions for FTP security.
