Along with Larry and James, it seems, and no doubt ithers too numerous to
mention. I must admit it has never occurred to me to create an extra
logical with a shared access path to avoid a compile and run time override.
I honestly hadn't realised that the overhead was so low and I will
definitely be investigating further. Thanks guys.

automatically registering and implementing compile time overrides. I have
to admit that without some kind of extra tool compile time overrides are a
royal PITA.
