We are interested in a Printek Tri Trak printer to attach to our AS/400.

1) Anyone have any experience with these? Are they reliable?

2) Can you switch between the 3 paper paths easily? Does each path feed
reliably?

3) Does the document on demand feature work well? Can sheets be torn
off easily without screwing up (that's a technical term :) ) top of form
or side to side alignment?

4) Will it feed 3-up pressure sensitive labels OK? Multi part forms?

5) What was the warranty? Who do you contract maintenance with on these
printers and who performs the actual service?

6) What does it configure as on the AS/400?

Thanks.
