No, it was only suggested, albeit strongly, to stop with the html.  If someone
has their e-mail package set to automatically append their name at the bottom 
and
it's formatted, you can't expect this person to turn it off and on all the time.

Get with the 90s guys or rant off-line.  I think we've heard enough of this
thread.
