We're looking at using the BARCODE DDS keyword, it looks promising. But: we're using code 3of9, and don't necessarily know in advance how big our barcode should be. Since 3of9 encodes blanks, is there a way to stop that? Right now, we need a code that uses A-Z,0-9,and $. I tried putting an X'00' at the end of our data, but the barcode still encoded blanks, which we don't want.
