You could check out RENEX (http://www.renex.com).  They have remote access
products.  Before LAN servers became important at our site, we installed a
RENEX TMS-5.  It is connected to both our VSE/ESA mainframe and the AS/400
at the same time.  The dial-in software comes with the hardware.  When a
user dials in, he/she gets a mainframe session and an AS/400 session.
Print sessions are supported for the mainframe with the supplied software
but not As/400.  Printer sessions are supported from AS/400 by purchasing
RHUMBA for RENEX from the company.  Print-Screen is supported from both
systems.  Before we installed the TMS-5, we used Symantec's P/C Anywhere to
dial from remote p/c to office p/c.   My programmers like the TMS-5 much
better.
