Using DBMON

I have a problem with using DBMON tool.
If I create a logical file in consonance with adviced key in DBMON file,
some programs not used this file and I can't find which program need this 
logical file.
How I can to find correct key for creating logical file?

There are no documentation about DBMON in infoseeker on my AS/400.
I know PRTSQLINF program, but haven't reference from line with advice
key to program. (Other lines has the program info).

OS 400 V3R7M0 with information system BPCS 6.00.04.
