If it IS the PRPQ, don't worry about it on RISC, this is part of the operating
system now. It had to do with being able to cache certain files you could
designate (i.e. to speed nightly processing) IF I recall correctly. Been a LONG
time. I'm SURE someone will correct me if do :-)
