I believe you are correct Mike and I was JUST getting ready to mention this but you beat me to it ! We had the PRPQ and it SEEMS like it was back before V3R1 but I could be wrong as to the timing. That would be why MOST folks would not have seen it before. We were having issues and this was recommended by IBM.
