I know this is after the fact... but Messenger Plus will page you
(configurable) when system values are changed.

The changes are recorded in the QHST log. Look at the extra details for who
did it.

Folks:

Does anyone know if there is a log of changes to system values on the
system?  Perhaps a system journal?

Someone on our system change QSTRTUPGM from it's usual value to the default
of (QSYS/QSTRTUP), which caused our system to not come up properly.  We're
trying to figure out who made the change.
