With all due respect, a SAVSTG will work, and will save/restore all spooled
files (and other stuff contained in queue objects).

The downside is SAVSTG and the corresponding restore from DST is slower
(given a reasonably fast tape drive (e.g.: not 8mm or slooooooow 1/4"), and
will not rescatter as S/R will.
