The "1" is for skip to line one on a new page.  A blank is space one
line.  A "0" is space two lines.  A "-" is space three lines.  A "+" is
suppress space.

I tested the spool file. I thank you very much.

I have another question now. I use the CPYSPLF command
to save the spool file. When I open it, I find that there have many
1 or 0 at first postion of some lines. Why?
It seems that number 1 indicates the first line of every page.
