A couple of things to watch out for:
All of your TCP servers will be reset to autostart *YES.
On the 730, any package that uses the model number for security
will need to be contacted for new authorization codes.  We just upgraded
to a 720 and many of our packages "locked" due to the model number change.
Even though some of the packages automatically reset to a 30 day demo, there
were some that just plan died.  One we could only get new codes via tape!  You 
may want to contact all of your vendors to make sure that you have new codes.
