Innovative Computing Corp in Oklahoma City, OK provides such a set of programs in their package. I haven't worked in the transportation industry in about six years but they are still around and have a web page as well. Phillip Knox has a page as well and he has some similar programs and writes specifically for the transportation industry (supporting some ICC sites as well.)

We are a truck leasing company and we are looking for a fuel tax package (preferable for the AS/400).
It should be able to:
    enter the trip reports
    print the tax forms (by state)
    provide reports to support the tax declaration
    support multiple accounts (customers)
