If I recall correctly, Mac printers use Postscript, so that AS/400 host transform won't work. If you have PCs attached to the AS/400 via TCP/IP, you could print using a Windows-based LPD printer daemon such as the one supplied with Synapse's NetWolf product. (Disclaimer: I work for Synapse.)
