Color attributes (on black background) in hexadecimal:

20 - Green text ("normal" attribute)
21 - Green, reverse image
22 - White text
23 - White, reverse image
24 - Green, underline
25 - Green, underline, reverse image
26 - White, underline
27 - Non-display 
28 - Red text
29 - Red, reverse image
2A - Red, blinking
2B - Red, blinking, reverse image
2C - Red, underline
2D - Red, underline, reverse image
2E - Red, underline, blinking
2F - Non-display
30 - Turquoise, column separators
31 - Turquoise, column separators, reverse image
32 - Yellow, column separators
33 - Yellow, column separators, reverse image
34 - Turquoise, underline, column separators
35 - Turquoise, underline, column separators, reverse image
36 - Yellow, underline, column separators
37 - Non-display, column separators
38 - Pink text
39 - Pink, reverse image
3A - Blue text
3B - Blue, reverse image
3C - Pink, underline
3D - Pink, underline, reverse image
3E - Blue, underline
3F - Non-display, column separators

Usually a field is terminated by the normal (x'20) 
attribute, unless another field immediately follows.
