Problems Editing an Include mbr..

The milib.h symbolic link is pointing to the QSYSINC member MILIB in H;
and all of the QSYSINC includes are set such that no one can update
the source.

If you believe the typedef is in error then you should report that
through normal support channels so that a PTF can be provided.
