Though RTVOBJD may not give a lot of info on the *DTAQ attributes, the
API Retrieve Data Queue Description (QMHQRDQD) does provide the current
values for MAXLEN, FORCE, SEQ, KEYLEN, SENDERID and TEXT along with both
the current number and maximum number of messages on the *DTAQ.  With
this you should be able to delete and recreate a given local *DTAQ.

In V4R4 this API is also enhanced with a new format RDQD0200 which
returns RMTDTAQ, RMTLOCNAME, DEV, LCLLOCNAME, MODE, and RMTNETID so
*DDM *DTAQ recreation could also be automated.
