AFAIK, the DST password requires you to be in the same room with the computer, and be in the middle of a Manual IPL in order to use it. Since we have a secured computer room (only a few dozen of our trusted friends know the door codes) I don't think this is a problem (for us). We -have- changed all of the default IBM passwords. Some CEs have been surprised that QSRV does not respond to the default password.
