Stone,

    Hi, This is Chad, I was the originator of the question. Duplicating the 
spool
file would be fine in this application as well. How would I go about doing that
on a mass scale. We have numerous programmers who constantly save useful info in
there spool file. If I could just duplicate them to a file somewhere other than
their actual spool file I think we may be safe. Any hintss as to how I may go
about doing this?
