Buck,

No, it hasn't.  The APIs are fine if all you want to do is duplicate a
spooled file.  Saving them could be rough.  That is some wacky information
returned to the user space.

The last time I looked at the spooled file APIs, the one needed to save APF 
data was a real bear to work with.  Has that changed for the better?
