>While we're on the subject, how about the ability to join files using >calculated fields (result fields in QUERY/400 parlance). Or the ability to specify a join technique for each file involved where you might want a equal condition between files 1 & 2, but a not equals between 1 & 3. Or the ability to include all records from file 1 and use default values when a matching record in file 2 doesn't exist so that all records from file 1 are included regardless if the record exists in file 2 or not.
