Are you on a Novell network by any chance? The Novell client for NT has
given me lots of grief and I finally dumped it. Watch out if you try this
though. Deleting the Novell client can trash NT. First, try uninstalling
CA, deleting the Program Files/IBM directory, and any registry entries that
contain Program Files/IBM, then reinstalling. Using the MS client, you must
be running the MS Windows networking client in order to connect with Netserver.
