In addition for file descriptions (I know it works for PF and LF), there is
a product called Suveyor/400 that is a pretty cool Windows Explorer like GUI
interface to DB2/400.  When you click on a file there is a tab for source,
if the source does not exist on the system it will generated DDS source fo
you and then allow you to save it to a source file.  It is a pretty cool
product.  I have NO connection to the product, you can find them at
www.linomasoftware.com.
