If by some fluke you still have a compilation listing of the object on the system you can CPYSPLF to a physical file, and from there to a source file. Then with some fiddling in SEU you should be able to recover the source. I believe Dennis Lovelady has (or used to have) a utility that will do the whole thing for you. If the missing source is a file, and it's observable, you may be able to reconstruct most if not all of it by analysing the output from DSPFD and DSPFFD.
