Very true, but there just may be a way to avoid Hans' suggested career
change. If by some fluke you still have a compilation listing of the object
on the system you can CPYSPLF to a physical file, and from there to a
source file. Then with some fiddling in SEU you should be able to recover
the source. I believe Dennis Lovelady has (or used to have) a utility that
will do the whole thing for you.

If the missing source is a file, and it's observable, you may be able to
reconstruct most if not all of it by analysing the output from DSPFD and
DSPFFD.

Failing all that, it could indeed be burger time.  :-(
