Tom,

Further to your post on Ops Console.  

The cable, part no.  44H7504 is the wrong cable.  That cable is the
Communication Console PCI cable, (feature #0362).
You need cable, part no. 97H7557, Operations Console PCI cable, (feature
#0367)
