Any time you will be calling the same program multiple times, you should
return with LR off. This will allow the next call to be processed without
the associated startup overhead of initializing storage and opening files.
When you have finished with the program, you can call it again with a
parameter set to tell it to end itself (turn on LR), you can RCLACTGRP or
CALLB 'CEETREC' (ILE) or you can RCLRSC (OPM) to close files and release
storage.
