The Microsoft Peer Web Server FTP application does not handle remote
command requests, so if you don't use the Client Access capability you
will need to install some other software that does this. I believe the
WAR_FTP server does this in the context of an FTP session. You can
probably find this free application on Tucows: http://www.tucows.com
