Just got back from a TCP/IP seminar hosted by The 400 Group.  Course Materials
indicate you should use CRTDEVPRT vs. CRTOUTQ in order to specify page ranges.
Wish I could supply you with more detailed info but, in my estimation, course
tried to cover way too many topics and thus was too generic to glean any actual
setup info.  Great supporting manual but who knows when I will get to.  You may
be able to get some info off their web page which I believe is
www.the400group.com.  Hope this helps.
