Thank you for your reply.  We looked at Quadrant and it appeared on
first glance to be very flexible and comprehensive... and therefore too
confusing for the users to use without babysitting (at this point I
should state that our users are not very knowledge-intensive).  Due to
severe headcount constraints in MIS we are looking for something that we
can practically drop in and forget.  We want something EXTREMELY basic.
