     We use Faxserver/401 from Cornerstone Communications. We don't use 
     forms, but it's an available option. Definitely worth checking out.

Hello.

I recently started a new job as IT project leader.  I am familiar with
working with EZPrint and FastFax.  EZPrint for forms generation (without
needing an IPDS printer) and using FastFax to easily fax these documents.

Does anyone out there have any experience or opinions on similar products?
I like EZPrint's Gui interface, report downloading, etc.  There's got to be
more like this.

Also, we're moving to a 170 so the fax card is going away.  We are also
looking for a new fax system that will work with PC faxes and the AS/400.  I
know FastFax works with the AS/400, and probably works with PC faxes too,
but it's a little spendy.  Any other opinions on similar products?
