ok...I did... the default is apparently *NONE... so I ended the writer. did
the chgoutq... and tried strrmtwtr *all


I got the 0 and 0 again....  (The writer I ended did not start...and it
didn't tell me it didn't start either!)

I can start them individually just fine... all 16 of them which is a pain if
you ask me... plus I gotta remember to start them at each IPL or remember to
add them to the startup CL that runs at IPL... egads! I I  just want it to
do what it says!
