V4R2 TCP/IP crash -- MIDRANGE-L

Anybody seen a problem in V4R2 cum 98195 where all the TCP services crash
when you are connecting lots of CA/400 telnet sessions to an AS400 via
ethernet?  We have seen this before and think it was fixed in a PTF.
