Julie This sounds like an upgrade of an existing site that WAS working but works no longer. When debugging these things, it's often helpful to do some line traces: STR, END, PRT, DLTCMNTRC as well as TRCICF. Also, look at STRITF to get a quick glance at the data that is coming in. You should also be able to use a PC with Procomm or Crosstalk to log the data. Carefully check the line connections - you'd be surprised at how often a bad cable is the culprit after a move! Also, carefully check the line/controller/device descriptions. Especially important are baud, parity and word length. If there are modems involved, were they powered off/on during the upgrade? Sometimes you need to set a modem's "initialisation strings" after the modem gets powered off - these can be finicky, and the modem manual can be of some (small) help. The key is to isolate what changed from what stayed the same. As a last resort, recompile the ICF files and HLL programs with the latest batch of PTFs installed.
