BRMS (5769-BR1) on V4R2 is actually a V4R1 level of the product (you can
see this by GO LICPGM, Display installed licensed products, find
5769-BR1 and then use F11 to display the release).  Using the search
values 5769-BR1 AND V4R1 under Service Support on the web shows several
PTFs being available.  One for example is SF43481 which is a "V4R1"
PTF to update BRMS with new V4R2 *ALLUSR libraries.
