It is never a good plan to delete anything out of an IBM library...
No matter what the last used date is.....

If you have to remove any "features", it's best done in the 
go licpgm menu ... delete licensed programs... (backup first)
and KNOW exactly what the result of the delete is ....
Disk drives don't cost that much(start begging) system is
going to soon start going downhill in response time after 90%....
