826 subscribers total (133 of those are on digest).

Actually, the number of subscribers has very little (at this point) to do
with turn around time... (especially since the system was upgraded to a
P133, thanks to Eric).

My system is *NOT* live on the internet ... mail sent to is
queued up at my ISP, from which I download on a regular basis (every 30
minutes) using UUCP.    The hour delay is caused by this.

Minutes after the hour: Action
-29: Message is sent to
0: Download message from ISP via UUCP
15: Message is processed using majordomo
30: Message is sent out to ISP via UUCP
35+/-: Message is processed by ISP out to internet

So, as you can see, up to an hour can pass between when a message is sent
to and it is distributed to the internet.
