If  your  local user group  has common membership  you  might  use that as
a memeber of the local group. [see them]  ELSE there are/were muti year
memberships.  That information  should be on the  common WWW site
www.common.org and on the  registration  fees section  for this conference.
OR you can contact common  HQ in Chicago. I'd go  for the  web site fiirst.
